Every email is handled in the order that it is received during office hours. The office will be closed on the weekends and in observance of holidays.


Please note we are still experiencing some delay in shipping logistics, delivery time, and accurate tracking information due to COVID-19. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this and we appreciate your understanding while we get orders out in a timely fashion.


SHIPPING INFO
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a physical address for shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged after shipping. We cannot refund or replace items that are lost or damaged during transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


RETURNS
33 Ink gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise bought online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges made from items purchased at a live event. Returns of accessories or other specialty items will only be accepted with the original packaging intact and the item in the original state. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All music, media items, digital downloads, sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during transit and cannot refund or replace items that are lost/damaged after shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you would like to return an item please first email print@33ink.co. You are responsible for the shipping costs for your returned item. Note, shipping costs are non-refundable.


Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we’ll send you an email to let you know that we have received the item and if it is approved, your refund will be processed minus the original shipping costs. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.


The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the item you want to return, and purchase the alternate item. You are responsible for paying the shipping on exchanges. Email us if you have any questions! print@33ink.co.
